Dubai Police has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Radio Holland-Middle East to bolster collaboration in advancing the force’s Smart Boat Project, also referred to as Haddad.

The agreement was signed by Major General Dr. Saleh Abdulla Murad, Director of the General Department of Human Resources for Dubai Police, and Patrick Campagnoli, Business Director for Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Radio Holland Middle East, with key officials from both sides in attendance.

The MoU is part of efforts to enhance smart systems for Dubai Police’s Smart Boat Project, aimed at boosting security coverage of water areas, improving response times, and reducing operational costs. The project also supports the intelligent transformation of security operations and contributes to enhanced databases through field surveys.

Major General Dr. Murad emphasized Dubai Police’s commitment to collaboration with various entities to exchange expertise, knowledge, and best practices. “These efforts aim to elevate performance levels, achieve Dubai Police’s strategic goals, and ensure community safety and security,” he stated.

The MoU promotes cooperation in practical and technological fields, including knowledge exchange, joint research, system operations, training, and staff development.
