Dates for the Arab Media Summit 2025 Announced

The Arab Media Summit 2025, the Middle East’s premier media thought leadership event, will take place in Dubai from the 26th  to 28th of May. Held under the directives and patronage of Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, the summit is set to be a landmark event.

Hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Za’abeel Halls 5 and 6, the summit will attract 6,000 participants, including prominent political figures, writers, thought leaders, opinion-makers, media personalities, and senior executives from leading Arab and international media organizations.

Organized by the Dubai Press Club, the summit will include the Arab Media Forum, the Arab Youth Media Forum, and the Arab Social Media Influencers Summit. It will also present three prestigious awards: the Arab Media Award, the Arab Social Media Influencers Award, and Ibda’a — The Arab Youth Media Award.

Dr. Maitha bint Essa Buhumaid, Director of the Dubai Press Club, stated that the organization has been engaging in extensive dialogue with the Arab media community, including media institutions and professionals, to identify the most pressing issues impacting the industry. She noted, “The media landscape in our region is undergoing a significant transformation driven by extraordinary technological advancements. This calls for a renewed commitment to forging a new vision for the industry’s future.”

The Arab Media Summit aims to facilitate comprehensive dialogue on regional and global media issues, offering valuable insights and fostering collaboration among media professionals worldwide. Since its inception in 1999, the Dubai Press Club has used the summit as an overarching platform for its media initiatives, advancing the media landscape in the region and beyond.
