Dubai to Host The World’s Most Expensive Bodybuilding Championship

The Binous Classic Bodybuilding Championship is set to take place on 7th September through 8th September 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The event is expected to draw 700 male and female athletes from around the world, competing for a total of Dhs1.2 million in cash prizes, making it one of the most highly anticipated events in the world of bodybuilding.

The championship, organised by the Emirates Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation in collaboration with Binous Gym, will feature a wide range of categories to accommodate various bodybuilding disciplines:

  • Junior Bodybuilding: Open Category
  • Master Bodybuilding: Open Category
  • Men’s Bodybuilding: 65kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 100kg and over 100kg
  • Junior Physique: Open Category
  • Master Physique: Open Category
  • Men’s Physique: 173cm, 176cm and over 176cm
  • Men’s Classic Physique: 173cm, 177cm and over 177cm
  • Men’s Classic Bodybuilding: 173cm, 177cm and over 177cm
  • Muscular Physique: Open Category
  • Men’s Fit Model: One Open Category
  • Women’s Body Fitness: Open Category
The event will not only feature intense competition but will also showcase the latest in fitness and bodybuilding gear, supplements, and innovations.

The details of the event were announced at a press conference held at the Dubai Sports Council at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). Abdullah Al Sharqi emphasized the significance of the championship as a strategic partnership between the Federation and Binous Gym.

The event aims to bring together athletes, sports enthusiasts, and spectators from around the world to showcase their skills, passion, and sportsmanship.
