President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a federal decree appointing His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs with the rank of Minister.
